Our semi-slip collars made of waterproof Hexa webbing provide gentle and reliable control for dogs that tend to slip out or need guidance. The collar is safe, easy to clean, and thanks to the chain, it allows for gentle correction during training and regular walks. A semi-slip collar is a practical solution for dogs that like to slip out of a regular collar (such as greyhounds) or for more energetic breeds that need guidance. It works on a simple principle: when the leash is loose, the collar lies loosely and comfortably on the dog's neck. As soon as the dog pulls, the chain tightens the collar, but only to a pre-set stop.

The collar thus narrows just enough to prevent the dog from slipping out, but it never chokes them. Furthermore, we make our collars from a washable webbing that has similar properties to the popular Biothane collar – it doesn't absorb water, bacteria, or odors, so it stays clean for a long time.

Which dogs is a semi-slip collar suitable for?
It is excellent for breeds with a narrower head that tend to slip out of a classic collar, and for dogs in training. It is suitable for everyday walks as well as sports activities.
What material do you use to sew the collars?
We use strong Hexa webbing with a width of 25 mm. It is 100% waterproof and does not slip in the hand. We offer the metal chain in two variants – silver (chrome) or black (matte stainless steel).
Can I attach a dog tag to the collar?
Yes, you can easily attach an identification tag to the collar ring. The smooth surface of the webbing also allows you to write the dog's name and your phone number on the inside with a permanent marker.
How do I care for a Hexa collar with a chain?
Maintenance is quick and easy. Simply rinse the webbing under running water after a walk. We recommend wiping the chain dry after it gets wet to maintain its smooth operation.
Do you also make custom semi-slip collars?
Yes, we make all our collars by hand in our Ritega workshop. We offer three basic sizes, but if they don't fit your dog, write the neck circumference in the notes and we will custom-make the collar for them.
